Payment schedule.

Reservation deposit: EUR 50.000,00; 20% Signature of Promissory Contract (reservation deposit included); Remaining payment is subject to negotiation between the Parties until conclusion.; Should, however, the Purchaser pay EUR 500.000,00 or more, the Seller will anticipate the payment of the 3% guaranteed yield for 10 years.
