All apartments can be purchased with income from the rental guarantee in the amount of 10% per annum of the cost of apartments for up to 10 years.

Terms of payment by installments:

Deposit 50,000 Baht.

When signing the contract (1 month after the deposit of 35% ,

20% of the foundation of 10% at the beginning of construction,

25% under the roof, . 10% upon completion of construction.

Sinking fund (one time payment) 500 baht / sq.m. Expenses the maintenance (rent) 75 baht / sq.m. per month. installation of meters water and electricity - 15,000 baht.
